This event will take place from November 11 to 13, 2020, at the Conventions Center, William O.

Jenkins, located in the awesome and cultural city of Puebla, Mexico.

The Congress will include 10 invited lectures given by leading national and international researchers, as well as oral and poster sessions in which the authors will present their research works within the following areas:

  • Emerging Technologies and Food Preservation

  • Food Biotechnology

  • Food Processing and Engineering

  • Functional Foods

  • Food Products Development and Sensory Evaluation

  • Food Safety and Food Microbiology

  • Nutrition and Nutrigenomics

  • Sustainability, Food Laws and Regulations

All abstracts of potential works to be presented at the Congress will be peer reviewed and will be received from March 16 to May 15, 2020 through the website that will be announced shortly.

Acceptance of the submitted works, as well as the presentation modality (oral of 15 minutes, including time for questions, or posters of 90 cm x 120 cm) will be communicated by E-Mail July 20, 2020. The email address provided to receive notifications must be that of the author, who will pre- sent the work.

Oral and poster presentations in the Congress and their inclusion in the book of abstracts is subjected to the registration of at least one of the authors who must pay their registration to the event no later than August 28, 2020.
