e-Latin Food 2020 will include oral and poster sessions, where the authors present their research results. The abstract submission website will be open until July 10, 2020. Acceptance of the submitted works, as well as the presentation modality (oral of 15 minutes, including time for questions, or digital posters), will be communicated by E-Mail on August 9, 2020. The E-mail address provided to receive notifications must be that of the author, who will present the work. Participants are invited to prepare and  submit their abstracts in time to be considered in one of the Congress areas:

  • Emerging Technologies and Food Preservation

  • Food Biotechnology

  • Food Processing and Engineering

  • Functional Foods

  • Food Products Development and Sensory Evaluation

  • Food Safety and Food Microbiology

  • Nutrition and Nutrigenomics

  • Sustainability, Food Laws and Regulations

Oral and poster presentations in the Congress and their inclusion in the book of abstracts is subjected to the registration of at least one of the authors who must pay their registration to the event no later than September 4, 2020.
